For sake of clarity, this only applies for the first 28 days that someone is a subscriber and to be eligible to receive a subscription fee refund you have to be a paying member for the full 28 days in question. In such event, funds will be automatically refunded into all eligible Gold members’ accounts (see 14.)
16. Negative return in respect of a month will be determined by the aggregate of the stake of bets won multiplied by the best price offered by Australian wagering operators after the tips have been sent to members, minus the stake of all bets during that month.
17. All refunds will be processed within 7 days of a member’s 28 day period.
18. TomWaterhouse.com only accepts payments in AUD$. If you are paying for subscriptions in a currency other than AUD$, members must ensure that the amount is sufficient following conversion into AUD$ by the receiving bank. Any applicable refunds will be paid in AUD$. We accept no foreign exchange risk.
19. Members with more than one outstanding subscription payment will not be entitled to receive a refund for any of their payments over that month.
20. Refunds will only be sent back to the original payment method used for each subscription payment.

PROOF HE DOES

After a month of testing out tom waterhouse tips for the month I unfortunately had a bad run of luck which resulted in a loss for the month.

Just as I was about to email to ask to keep his word on the guarantee, I double checked my bank account and was pleasantly surprised to find that the money was already refunded into my account.

MY FINAL THOUGHTS

Even though I did not have a winning run in my first month with the gold tips I was completely satisfies because the total I had paid was refunded no questions asked.

This resulted in myself continuing after the trial for a few more weeks.

I wouldn’t be writing this in a positive light if I didn’t feel like tom is trying to scam people.

I would recommend toms tips but please make sure you take care and don’t go all-in with toms or any other tipsters selections

OTHER OPTIONS IF YOU DON’T LIKE TOM WATERHOUSE TIPS

I have never paid for any horse racing tips before and I understand that it is hard to be able to trust that someone is doing the right thing.

If you are not going to do your own form I found a couple other tipsters that operate similar to tom waterhouse but I believe they would not have the same amount of subscribers which may result in getting prices closer to those quoted
